About the Founder

Ifeoma ‘Oma Areh is the founder and principal consultant of The WildFlower Company, parent company of WildFlower PR. ‘Oma Areh is a creative business consultant with over 15 years experience across PR, strategy, and marketing communication, brand management, talent management, media production. Her clients have included Globacom, Coca-Cola, the U.S. Consulate, and Orange Group, ONE, among others.

In 2022, she was named one of Nigeria’s Top 50 Most Influential Women in Marketing and Communications at the Women in Marketing and Communications Conference and Awards (WIMCA), recognizing her leadership, innovation, and impact in shaping brand communications across Africa. She has also received nominations from the ELOY Awards and the Maya Awards for her contributions to brand strategy, entrepreneurship, and media innovation.

Oma has served on the jury of MarkHack, Nigeria’s first marketing and media hackathon, where she helped evaluate groundbreaking ideas shaping the future of marketing technology. A sought-after thought leader, she regularly speaks and facilitates sessions at leading creative economy platforms such as CCHub and has delivered talks on digital transformation, storytelling, and creative monetization to audiences across Africa.
